One mile north of the Massachusetts border, directly off I‑93 on its own exit, across from Cinemark XD. We’re going into a rebuilt 20,000‑square‑foot building — and we’re sharing it with Loretta’s Last Call, who take the other half. One trip, one parking lot, two rooms.
